I’m an epigenetic nutritional therapist and mindfulness teacher who believes that small, simple choices have the power to change your life.

Struggling with loss and health challenges early in life made me curious about how to live well and find a sense of peace and purpose when things didn't go as planned.
I turned to mindfulness practices and the study of different spiritual traditions to help me manage the stress, anxiety, and grief I felt inside. I then left my corporate career path to immerse myself in nutritional therapy and epigenetics.
Being well does take intention, but it doesn't have to be overwhelming.
I developed Mind|Body Therapy™️ to help women easily synthesize my 10 years of study and clinical experience into a daily methodology.

Epigenetics is the new understanding of how your genetics, the computer code that makes up you, is subject to change based upon your environment.
Your genes are descriptive, not prescriptive, meaning they tell the story of who you are based upon what has happened to and around you, not who you always have to be.
Each one of our genes has at least 30,000 variations from every gene blueprint.
Even our potentials have potentials.
We are truly unlimited.

When I first came into my work as an Epigenetic Nutritional Therapist...
I didn’t know that as much as I was was looking for answers about how to heal my own physical body; I was also searching for the tools to learn how to navigate my life, and to move through the things that were challenging for me.
