I’m an epigenetic nutritional therapist and mindfulness teacher who believes that small, simple choices have the power to change your life.

Every day, we all make choices. Small ones, big ones, some that have an obvious impact on how well we feel, and others that don’t.

Creating the changes you want to see in your life isn't easy, but it can be simple.

Struggling with loss and health challenges early in life made me curious about how to live well and find a sense of peace and purpose when things didn't go as planned.

I turned to mindfulness practices and the study of different spiritual traditions to help me manage the stress, anxiety, and grief I felt inside. I then left my corporate career path to immerse myself in nutritional therapy and epigenetics.

Being well does take intention, but it doesn't have to be overwhelming. 

I developed Mind|Body Therapy™️ to help women easily synthesize my 10 years of study and clinical experience into a daily methodology.

When I first came into my work as an Epigenetic Nutritional Therapist...


I didn’t know that as much as I was was looking for answers about how to heal my own physical body; I was also searching for the tools to learn how to navigate my life, and to move through the things that were challenging for me.

As someone who focuses on helping others find healing and balance, I found it necessary to devote more care inward so I could then give more into the world.
